Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons of Savant Oils rice bran oil🌾 • 1 red pepper • 1 yellow pepper • 1 green pepper • 2 carrots • 1 zucchini • 1 garlic clove • 1 onion • Pepper • Salt • 1/3 cup of soy sauce Directions: 1. Cut all vegetables into julienne strips trying to keep al strips the same size. 2. Mince the garlic 3.Heat the rice bran oil in the wok. 4. Once the oil is properly heated add the minced garlic. 5. Add the carrots first. 6. Then add the peppers, onions, and lastly the zucchini. 6. Stir constantly with a non-metallic spoon. 7. Add salt and pepper. 8. Finally, add the soy sauce and mix, and serve. 9. If you wish you may also add other vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower etc.
